Permitted use
- Use Docvera only for authorized business or professional use.
- Access only workspaces, cases, clients, and documents you are permitted to access.
- Protect credentials, devices, and client communication channels used with the platform.
- Use the service in compliance with privacy, anti-spam, consumer, and professional conduct obligations that apply to your practice.
Prohibited conduct
- Accessing or attempting to access another tenant’s data.
- Uploading malware, exploit code, ransomware, or other harmful files or payloads.
- Using the platform to send deceptive, unlawful, abusive, or unauthorized communications.
- Reverse engineering, scraping, probing, or stress-testing the service without written authorization.
- Circumventing technical controls, signed URLs, access guards, plan limits, or authentication protections.
Client communications
If you use Docvera to send emails, secure links, reminders, or WhatsApp notifications, you are responsible for ensuring that the recipient information is accurate and that the communication is lawful and professionally appropriate.
Enforcement
We may limit, suspend, or terminate access if we reasonably believe your use violates this policy, our Terms, applicable law, or the operational or security interests of the platform or its users.
